IPT's production analysis consultants have significant experience with well and field studies in vertical and horizontal projects.  We integrate finite difference reservoir simulation with analytical production analysis approaches to derive an improved interpretation of a reservoir response. This methodology focuses on gridded finite difference reservoir simulation as a primary approach because solutions derived from analytical evaluation software can be in serious error, especially when discerning completion effectiveness and fracture stimulation quality.

The product we provide the client is unique because we have the expertise to link the well completion and hydraulic fracture stimulation response to the production analysis.  This provides our clients specific observations and recommendations that are based on years of experience doing this type of work. IPT's production analysis consultants have performed thousands of reservoir simulation evaluations in vertical wells with either single intervals or long 1,000'+ multi-stage completions as well as in numerous horizontal projects with a myriad of completion approaches.
